A dream of you

A kiss shared among us both
The connection making us so so close.

In this dream you didn't say no
I knew you would never let go
And when I wake
These emotions won't go away
Real or not we shared that kiss
And on my lips it will stay.
Each time I look at you
These images flash through my mind.
Who says dreams aren't real
That we didn't share that kiss
That it isn't your lips
That I'm going to miss

I held you and in each others arms we embraced
And now I know my heart won't escape

So don't try to tell me it isn't really real
Because I know the strength of these emotions
And exactly what I feel
In that embrace you felt it to
