A lovely piece. Three lines composing the simple full life necessities for birds; only worms are enough. Nice collab of you two. Loved it.

Ooooooo!! Loved this collab you guys! Seriously haiku's are so beautiful especially when you pick a great topic!
Id suggest a comma or semi colun after "today", because the worms all scarper kind of ran on with it.

Loved the imagery here you guys :)

Thanks for your comments, Amreen they are right we missed the comma.
Oh well, we will put it down to artistic licence.

This is a very nice haiku! Even though it's short, I can still picture a beautiful, crisp fall morning with birds chirping and the sun shining! I love this!

I love this Haiku because it tells such a big story in such a small amount of writing. I also like the way that serenity and danger are juxtaposed. The morning bird call is a beautiful sound serene to those who listen and yet for the worms it marks danger. You talk of nature and of God of beauty and of danger. To do this in so few words is very impressive. 5/5

It's the first time I see a Haiku collaboration, hehe... so original... and you both made a great job. I can hardly.. or never.. discern that it's a collab.. awesome unity.

    Another beautiful haiku!

  • I like the story that you have told.
The humour is also a nice touch.

I particularly like how not one part of this seems forced, or restricted by the form, it all works as if it naturally progessed word by word.

    Well done to you both.

    Little birds whisper
    ^^
I love the way you have captured this beautiful imagery of birds, words so carefully chosen allowing the reader to clearly identify little birds and to hear them whispering, so deep and inspiring!

    God's pleasant note for today,
    ^^
    Simply beautiful!
I love how you added the creator in this piece and have constructed a strong link between the birds whisper to God's notes. I find this highly thoughtful and imaginative. I also admire the specific flow of emotion carrying this light tone across the first two lines.

    the worms all scarper.
    ^^
A wonderful way to close and conclude a haiku!
I love how you have included the mother nature process and this light tone is turned to the beats of realism and truth!

Like Lebanese phoenix stated I have never read a collaboration haiku and I really enjoyed reading this one, it was beautifully composed and through reading this it is clear that both your talents, imagination and creativity work wonders united!

    Great work!

Lovely! So short but speaks volumes. This a beautiful haiku, written with words choosen carefully that couldn't have describe it better than this.

Nature is quiet vast in its abstract perceptions but not everyone can elegantly imbue its natural beauty. So good job with this for penning such a creative piece.

Will love to see more nature poems from you. Keep doing what you do, you're great at it.
Aapke piece bohot acha hai. ;-)) ..
