    Nominated....

Seriously, this is just beautiful. Andrea, I can't even give this a decent comment and I'm finally seeing what you were saying about, "some poems just can't be broken down". This is one of them!! I loved the descriptions of April, and personifying it!!...might I add, I love the use of monotonous, and boring. . Boring is such a simple word that wouldnt really give much imagery to a poem, however I could totally picture how boring this month was and I knew exactly what you meant.

    Glorious misfortune...*sigh*...you're incredible.

Sounds look something keeps returning into your mind and you can't shake it off.
This thing hurts you and holds you back. Indeed you should let it go and embrace what's new.

I love this!.. April must have been a seriously uneventful month. I love the vocabulary you've used here, as it helps to paint the picture with the imagery used. I personally love how you are talking about months of the year here yet, for me at least, it could be taken in more ways then one..

    Sunny,

I love the nature, you know that. I think it's something we've both always connected to, (at the moment I'm recalling a lot of our past conversations!) We both find ourselves writing about seasons, months and the weather but your love for nature is always deeply rooted; you breathe it.

The personification of April was a nice touch; you brought the month to life and gave it some wonderful traits. You mentioned her emotions and her voice and the bond you two have (even if it isn't all that positive, there's a reason for it) I have a bit of a connection to a few months, they're symbolic to me and October is one of them so your transition to October intrigued me, it's a jump from April to October. I feel like you're speaking of something that has occurred and taken you this long to get off your mind or move on.

Of course I don't have much of an understanding in regards to how seasons work over that way, it's quite different here. I had to do some research into the seasons during April and October and what comes in between! Britt has explained it to me many times ... but ... I don't have the brain capacity to understand here and over there lol. Some words really caught my mind: monotonousness, bickering. These darker tones set the mood beautifully.

The fact you wrote this for someone makes it all the more special, Hellon is a wonderful lady and I am she loved this piece. Beautiful as always, Sunny!
