I've slowly forgotten talents
That I've hidden from too many

Vard to be back with the same talents unless you have something new.

It's time for me to keep it going
Time for pen to dance on paper
And let all my thoughts flood

I like the expression of 'dance' related to the pen on the paper, so strong.

And fill every single empty paper
It's time to dream big
And make my worries small

Nice relation of big dreams with small worries.

It's finally to start again

This is somehow confusing, maybe you mean 'It's finally time to start again' or some other idea.
