Separate but at one

by tyler   Oct 17, 2012

We were taken away
told to hate
and not to say
the one thing
we both new was true
we've laughed and cried
yelled and sighed
even lied, but deep down inside
we both know
we will always be
two souls bound by fate
never to separate

This is my favorite part. The rhyming in the last part adds an even more poetic feel to it than before. It is really good. The whole story is really good. It plays into the whole "Romeo and Juliet" kind of thing, not sure if that is what you were shooting for or not. But it is short, to the point and that makes it seem even more like a declaration of love. Good.
