    Uhmmmm, WOW!!!

Although this piece is sad, you still drew a beautiful picture of her. And although you envy her you seem to be happy for him because she made him happy!

No seriously don't stop there, I want to know more about this! You always leave the reader hungry for words, eager to know more about the story behind your poems.

    Great write :)

Very clever of you to place this piece under miscellaneous.

One may think that this is about a woman but I don't think it is.

I think you are talking about the effects of marihuana.. That's why the use of intoxication. I could be wrong but I found this poem sad rather than uplifting that is if I think about the marihuana. Someone losing themselves for it and forgetting about everything.

On the other hand, if it was about a woman, I guess it will have a different effect on the reader. Regardless for the persona, it's sad even if one may wish the other to be happy.

    Creative.

But I would just suggest taking more time on rethinking about the use of "happy" at the end. It extinguished momentum, and felt unclimatic.

Perhaps my favorite by you, Hannah. Truly breathtaking. Did stumble a bit over "carefree," though. That line seemed a little too long for me. I'd rather it was "free" Just a thought. :)
Loved the 'e' sounds all throughout: completely-carefree-envy-happy

Lovely. Hope to see more of this.

This poem makes me wonder if it's about one woman or woman in general...

Sometimes I feel like everyone else has better qualities to attribute and I feel inadequacy. Like if I'm attracted to someone and they don't like me the same way, they like someone who's maybe taller than me, skinnier, smarter, etc. I feel incompetent compared to them, because I can't compare in those ways and I envy those qualities because people seem to want them and not me.I feel like this poem relates to that in a way, well that's what I got from it anyway.

    It's a very lovely poem, Hannah (:

Her body is sky-scraping tall and voluptuous,
crystals shower her feminine neck as
    she sways with confidence,
knowing her perfume will hypnotize you.

    - I love this opening, so descriptive and you have captured this character well and we can picture her in our minds as quite seductive and confident so we know she is quite a strong character. I love the idea of the perfume hypnotizing him, this whole stanza reminded me of the adverts on TV for perfume.... you should submit this to it lol!

She knows just the right buttons to push,
a trailing of a tickle down your aching back,
    an erotic tingle,
and the peace of mind of being completely carefree.

    - Again, we are given more about her character and how strong she is. It does appear that she is quite a manipulative charater though. Maybe too big for her own boots?

    Sometimes, I'm green with envy.
She intoxicates you in a way that I never can...

    she makes you happy

    - This is such a twist in the ending, I wasn't all too sure where you were going with this poem to begin with, but this ending makes it clear that it is about two women who feel the same for a guy, and you feel like she will win every time because she makes him happy in ways you never can.

Great poem and I must say a little different to read from you, so well done.

This is one of my favorites from you. Funny enough, every time I heard marihuana I think of this poem.
