    Noura-

Where do I begin... from start to finish this piece is breathtaking... It made me feel you were talking to a another, about the daydreams you both share for the other..

its a sweet and touching love piece, but also, its sensual... and the night is where you take on the romantic night dreams... oh mercy this is beautiful..

my favorite part of this piece would be:

    "Our thoughts are spinning and
    spinning and spinning like
    a ballerina whose feet
    have no destination."

^^ Love the way you captured those thoughts.... So true... the goose bumpy feelings.. the spinning and the happiness...

and the title.. elegant.. Night is a lovely time.. for romance, elegant dreams... and just thoughts of sweet kisses... you wrote precious piece here... just lovely!!

Noura, I'm so happy you posted a new poem! I have been missing your writing :)

I love the simplicity of this, how sweet it was, and just the sincerity that touched my heart. It is telling of something beginning and there is hope. That even though their breath is fading, you can tell who it is- your minds are busy, your lives may be crazy, yet there is a soft surrendering. And you both may share a kiss someday. Loved the images, and the title also, just the utterance of night here can give one's love a more connected meaning.

    Beautiful! Take care...

Noura, this was absolutely beautifully penned from such a beautiful soul, there was this hope that I found refreshing, there was was this pain that felt almost perfect, it was just a whole essence of love and hope and longing and I think the simplicity worked really well...

as much as I love your metaphors, and way of making me think "WTF" I also love your gentleness and simple way of making me think "WTF" because this was just amazing and you can pen anything and still make it a masterpiece.

The addition of ballerina's and mockingbirds made this piece all that more beautiful, a piece of nature, a piece of life, a piece of you.

    Love ya girl

Noura, I think this is my favorite piece from you. It's perfect in a simple kind of way. It says everything without saying too much. Perfect. -Nik
