    I love this metaphor. It's nostalgic and a humorous, but it reminds you how easily "the music" can be stopped.

    Reading this made me smile and it has been written well!

    Birds played piano
    Street dogs soon started barking
    Music was then stopped

    ^Interesting image here of birds playing the piano for they are known for their grace and beauty, unless you are referring to crows then I can assume its a somber music been played.

    So the second line can be that late night somber music is not liked by everyone so its stopped or it attracts eerie howls at night that the music played.

    This haiku has given many interpretations for the reader to think about..excellent!

    The interesting thing here is the personification of the birds playing the piano..

    And how the dogs started barking then the music stop... It reminded me of the times when people turn on the music way too high and neighbors complain.
    So the music is turned off.
