Magic man

by Abandoned Angel   Dec 29, 2012

The magic man
winks at me making me
weak at my knees.
He whispers come here,
while crouching on the floor,
putting his arm around you,
with a look you adore.
He points at a squirrel,
who is scared and alone,
a baby,
she's lost her mum.
He walks into the bush,
he picks up the baby,
and soon the mum comes,
and nature all around,
come flying,
they run,
they sit at his feet,
and bow down their heads.
And they stay there,
a magic moment we share.
The magic man,
moves away,
the animals stay there,
then turn away.
He asks if you're scared,
to which you reply,
no,
its beautiful,
yet you don't know why.

This is a really great poem, I enjoyed reading it sooo much, I love how the verse said so much in so little, beautiful, I specially loved
    "And they stay there,
    a magic moment we share"
    as well as
    "He whispers come here,
    while crouching on the floor,
    putting his arm around you,
    with a look you adore."
    specially specially the second one.
I really liked how you made feelings within tingle, and a heart stir
