What Isn't Mine

by Alone in the crowd   Dec 30, 2012

I hate you
I love you
I kill you
I save you
Every day
is just another battle
I am the villain
I am the savior
I strike you down
Looking at you
filled with disgust
I kick you
again and again
You don't fight back
You just sit there
You accept what's given
It's what you deserve
and you know it
I hear your ribs crack
as they start to snap
The shards of bone tear away
at your insides
The bleeding is internal
just like your suffering
but not for long
I'm going to force it out
into the open
I ask you to be open
I ask you to be honest
I ask you to tell me what's wrong
But you refuse
You won't let the pain out
so now it's time for me to bring it out
I'm going to make you feel your pain
I grab you by your hair
Roughly pulling you
so you look me in the eye
"You had your chance, now it's gone"
I grip your throat tightly
watching as your chest tightens
as your precious air is taken away
Now theres not a chance
for you to say anything
Your eyes gently close
But this time
I don't allow it
I slam your head into the curb
Your eyes shoot open in response
"Keep them open and enjoy the show"
I loosen my grip
on your neck
because this isn't ending
any time soon
I pull out my knife
The blade shines
almost as brightly
as my smile
"You cut right? I've seen your cuts"
"They're nothing, they're childs play"
I lightly trace your skin
with the razor sharp blade
Making ocassional incisions
I smirk to myself
"Remember those "sweet spots"?"
"Those innocent gentle spots?"
"Well this isn't a sharpie...."
"But it will do"
I take the knife
down to your feet
I look up at you
as I begin to carve
lightly at first
to get it precise
deeper as time goes on
to make it last
Not a sound escapes your lips
Not even a whimper
Softly I make my way up your legs
I pause at your knee caps
A source of constant discomfort
I popped them dozens of times
Every little thing I could do
To ease your suffering
But it was all pointless
I stab the point
deeply into your leg
to make my point
I cut around your knee caps
"Won't have to worry anymore"
I rip them from your leg
What's there can't hurt you
I continue moving up your body
My hot breathe carassing your body
as the ice cold steel follows it
I stop at your thighs
and Look up at you again
"Remember the night I bit you?"
"Let's recreate that image I made"
I take the knife
and with surgical precision
I slice the lopsided heart
back into your leg
where it once was
This time for an added twist
I carve your name at the center
Gently I drag the blade
across your waist
Rapid I slash across your stomach
Back and forth I slash the blade
Blood flies up at me in protest
spraying into my eyes and mouth
My eyes litterally go bloodshot
as your sweet delicious blood slides
across my tongue
I line the blade up
with the remnants of your ribs
I slide the blade across
your chest, just below your breasts
I catch your eyes
They're still unchanged
Uncaring, unfeeling, indifferent
"It's almost over now"
"I've grown tired of you"
I looked deeply into your eyes
Mine filled with love and hatred
"It's time for me to take"
"What you never gave me"
I drive the blade deep into your chest
I swirl the blade around
Tearing apart your flesh
Opening up the cavity
I plunge my hand inside
Looking for the one thing
That I desperately wanted
Your eyes start to flutter
as you go into shock
Frantically I continue to search
Your body goes limp
The life in your eyes is gone
That sparkle I loved
Then
finnally
I realise the real reason
Why it was
that you never gave it up
Because it was long gone
You lost your heart
Before I could get to it
