White

by Alexis   Jan 23, 2013

I am announcing myself
to winter again
because summer failed
to arrive.
nobody knows but it is the snow
that is taking care of me now.

it's time to relax:
i appreciate the past freezing
under my green quilt
as we get fat together,

cold enough, i ignore
the winter stars,
hibernating with my teddy bears.

solitude is white.

I sense, this piece is very much different from normal. The way you write is truly marvellous. There's a great connection of nature I see in this poem. How calmly and justly you have written this. Wow!! So much appreciable. Winter is really a very fair season to spend the days of a life. Very impressive work. 5/5

I enjoyed reading this small piece piece Alexis.
Lazy winter days are sometimes the best.
    Loved your ending. Write on.
