ButterFright

Delicate colorful butterflies interlace
With each direction turned they flutter
But to touch one being a hard task
You'd rather watch them instead

In the next moments, you're in for a treat
The most majestic butterfly lands on your back
After a while when you decide to part
Mr. Butterfly with different intentions, stay attached

Over and over you plead for him to leave
Yet he holds on tight, refusing to go
You twist and turn desperately wanting him off
But all attempts tried eventually fail

You plop down in utter defeat and despair
No energy left to use for anything more
When you feel a quick shift of your shirt
You look in time to see him deserting you
