Winter (acrostic)

by Meena Krish   Jan 28, 2013

Winter fairy sprinkles her star shaped love
Imprinting a serene presence from above,
Nature cuddles and sleeps under her spell
Till spring children unfold to spread their tale,
Eloquently she adorns the world with snow flakes
Revealing her wintry beauty when we awake.

Nice short poem describing winter, although if you don't mind a little critique, how about finishing the last line with 'when the world awakes' ?

That would rhyme better with flakes the last word of the previous line.
