A Leap for Love

by Nawa   Mar 15, 2013

She gazed into those eyes with cautious yet wonder
With many questions on her mind waiting for answers
She reached for a touch ensuring reality
For all she ever knew slipped into illusory

With a deep silent breath she prayed
Took a leap of faith...And surrendered

Trusting that she won't fall..That she will soar..
That she will finally know what it takes to mend a broken soul

She swayed gently to the music of his words
Like a violin playing an amorous love song
Like a ballerina so graceful and faithful
Like a prima donna crying her heart out

For a love larger than life,
Stronger than time,
And the purest thing she will ever know.
