She'll Never Hurt Again

by Cassie Cain   Mar 27, 2013

Glancing in the mirror, thinking to herself... Why would anyone ever love me? A tear rolls down her cheek as she tries her hardest not to think and force a smile on her face. He takes her hand and pulls her towards him. Holds her face with both hands, looks into her eyes and whispers... "Your perfect." He kisses her forehead. She's not convinced. She's been told differently all her life. He kisses her once more and smiles, She smiles back. She knows she will never hurt again.
