Oh wow, what a touching poem and there are hardly any words in it. It reminds me of how we punish ourselves and remain in the darkness, like we know these songs make us feel this way and remind us of perhaps people we have lost, or memories that upset us - but yet we listen to them non the less. This is what the poem reminded me of - I do it too.

Nicely worded and I liked the layout being short and choppy, it made the flow very quick and put the emotion in the readers head within seconds.

I like the quick pace of this poem, it filled the reader with emotional instantly instead of being dragged through a bunch of unneeded words.

I often do this, listen to nostalgic songs repeatedly. I guess it's the relateable factor about them that make them so inviting.
