Feelings left unfelt

All of my life
have been searching'
searching for the word to say how i feel

i spent my whole time thinking'
thinking of how i just let you walk
when all i could do is watch you leave'
leaving me without a trace.

when i stand in tears thinking of what i should have done,
remembering how we shared the pains and the laughter
we even shared the tears
and now without you by my side
am just an empty space without a fill

wish i could make you turn around and see me cry
wish i could hold you and never let go
as there is so much i need to say to you
so many reasons to make you stay
so many feelings that i left un-felt
so many things i should av done but left undone

and just sitting here searching
but finding it hard to find the word,
cause have been filled with regrets for
saying sorry for all the things i could have done
and even now that you are gone
i still can't stop loving you,
am so in love with you
that there is nothing i can do..
