How do I tell her?

Its very hard to tell anyone about depression. I guess all you can do is be honest with them and if ghey truly care they will try and help. We all want someone to care we need them to. The worst part is actually getting the courage to do so. When your friend has so much pain too that is also a bad feeling.

I like your poem though as it is very relateable to a lot of people nowadays. I love how you show your emotions through your writing and I can imagine everything playing out in my head as your tears fall. I couldn't imagine your friend not being there for you to comfort you and hold you tight. But like I said just be honest and tell them your feelings. 5
