Waiting for wind

by ankit   Jul 10, 2013

Looking through my window,
I waited for the wind to come.
It was a very normal day,
filled with experiences, quite tiresome.

Wind, are you busy in posting among us,
these twitter or facebook snaps..?
If it is so, then come soon,
waiting for you, I even took a short nap.

Wind, over the breeze,
somewhere I know you'ld be surfing.
Come here, come and see.
in suffocation, these people are suffering.

I know, you might be trapped, closed and captured,
somewhere in the rich living rooms.
come and have a look, there are humans,
living even without any rooms.

I understand, they are rich.
They drink the morning water from hurricane.
here, I even came across certain shivering sapiens,
who sat themselves on fire, just to feel the flame.

We have crossed the lonely desert,
We have reached democracy faced ground.
But, no one ever rose with a question mark,
to the fear, that earth is round.

Here, no one would object,
and will continue to audit the same sound.
but, this pen will continue to write,
because in this kind of freedom,
it will be the only thing, never be bound.

But why are you so frowned..?
come with a very hard blow,
hard enough to get all evils drowned.

I can see the storm coming,
when I just turned to check my hind.
Maybe this is the only end,
and now I can stop, waiting for the wind.
