Quicksilver's Arrow

by Bob   Dec 12, 2013

Angelic songs of endless eternal jealousy abound pouring down from Heaven above.
Blizzard like cold hardened hearts slowly softened with solar winds of love.
Clear cloudless midnight black star filled nights pondering wondering of future acts.
Forging on through countless droves of humans to sign my life over with these pacts.
Seeking hoping for just one lone chance to speak to this earth bound goddess of beauty unbound.
Rusty forsaken chains over my blood filled heart shattering like glass all over the frozen ground.
Dainty slow movement of her pillow soft hands seems to pause nay to even stop time.
Perfect majestic smile shines brighter than the sunlight reflecting on a new dime.
Oh how my genius brain suddenly completely becomes stupid and dumb.
Taunting tempting fate themselves for a cure a vaccine for what makes my lame body numb.
Unknowingly I approach her house which appears like an ornate castle with a moat.
Violently viciously my feeble emotions are tossed like a hurricane tossed boat.
Images of my young childhood and short life quickly rapidly flash.
My rough scarred hand ever nears her oak wooden door and I turn to dash.
Jumping slightly my ears catch my vile selfish name from behind upon the east wind.
Gulping I turn around finding her standing like a statue without any bend.
Hurriedly I muster and summon all the courage that I can to ask her to the dance.
Kissing deeply passionately her rose red lips in front of bystanders without a second glance.
Yes escapes from her lips and a major victory have this day been won.
Loving caring for this wonderful superb woman that I am sure is the one.
