I loved the strong message you have written here and I believe the repeated lines work well. You tell a sad tale though. The tone is sad and hopeful at the same time. I think this man is homeless and has been for a long time. Though where the hope comes in is the prayer. He is praying on a God for a home or maybe even thefood he is eating. I loved the imagery you used as well. It's very real and I thinl it could be based on your reality. Overall I loved the imagery again. :). Nice write Lucero. :)

I can understand what u want to write in this poem.my English is not a such strong so i don't get meaning of each line but still i can understand what u want to say.
You have ever seen the poor children s who begs on roads. What is their fault why they beg only because nobody take care them. We are so lucky we have parents who protect us from difficulties ,who care us, who love us.
If we don't have parents we could be also in same condition.
    Say always thanks to parents.

The joy of Christmas can't kill the spirits of the homeless. Its sad to see that there are so many on the street without help.

Liked the repeated lines for it brings the reader back to reality and to the message conveyed...excellent!
