Distorted Reality

by Smaccams   Mar 19, 2014

I feel as if there is a lack of growth within me,
Thus disrupting my growth on the outside.
A portion of myself that was meant to accumulate; collect; and store -
That was taken away by a measly home away from home.
Liars.

To say you take care of a child,
Is a far cry from what really preoccupies your minds.
It is incomparable.
You must commit the action rather than saying words alone.

And yet when there is a shimmer of hope and truth,
- Not hope or truth (they had it all) -
You take them away and you take them from us.
Leaving me with no chance of rehabilitation

You should change your fraudulent titles,
And you should spit your opinions on the dirt instead
As all I have come across are defiled theories
Inside this distorted reality.

That's the only truth.
