Inside Her

by Karla   Mar 30, 2014

Inside her

there is an altar in her chest
where she worships language
as she tries to escape the flux.
don't tell her about lucidity
or trivia. she is beyond words,
capturing the spirit of poetry.

I love how unique this is and how your descriptions come off as bizarre but put together create a really, truly remarkable piece. I like the way your voice comes through the piece and says more than the words otherwise would on their own. I wish I had seen this while I could still vote for it because really this is so beautiful and so simple and so completely wonderful. Very well penned.
