Our Queen (to Nana on her 21 birthday)

by LTFR Club   Feb 7, 2015

There, where the two
great rivers collide
resides our queen
ready to raise the tide.

By your side, always;
a queen you can fall behind,
our warm keeper; helps all who seek her,
a queen of word; our queen, our leader.

Her beauty shines in the dark,
even brighter than the moon.
Her pure heart lays upon her sleeve,
ready to spread her love to the world.

Like a yellow cupcake,
she radiates sweetness.
A sprinkle of love, she beautifies
the lives of those she meets.

And beyond her poetry lies life
with all it's twists and turns,
her graciousness scribbles similes
and laughter in which she burns...
hotter than the sun
that's sprinkled by her feet

There on her throne
at the confluence of the river
she watches the world,
her heart beating with a quiver;
We meet in good cheer, fellows.
Our devotion to give her.

A Great Gift from God to us, is she
and we would care about this blessing.
Wishes and hugs for her always
to never let her feel alone in any
of her sad days.
