My Deflated Heart:

by Scott Cole   Feb 8, 2015

My deflated heart
Drags the ground,
Broken promises
Brought it down.

You were my girl
You were my lover,
Not even a second
Was there another.

What I thought was love
Turns out just a game,
Now my deflated heart
Is full of pain.

All of our memories
All that we was,
You squashed them all
Just like some bug.

Lie after lie
You pulled me in,
When truth was known
You lied again.

How can I trust
How can I believe,
When my deflated heart
Has been deceived.

It want be long
Till I smile and grin,
Cause all who's wronged
Will get their revenge.

One day real soon
You'll get your due,
Cause Karma knows
Your weak spot too.
