Distrustful Guide

by uttAm   Feb 9, 2015

I followed your glittery smile
to the mysterious of paths,
like a wanderer;
hoping you will show me a way
out of this gloomy place.
You hummed tunes of ecstasy and love,
and I like an explorer trusted you
as my good guide; looking myself leading to the radiant path.
But slowly you disappeared from my sight,
leaving me broken and disturbed.
Not knowing whether you will hear
me anymore now,
I yelled for you
standing still, here in the more confusing
paths you have led me to.
Your unexpected farewell
was like an end
of any sweet dream to me.

You are your best and most trust worthy guide. For there are some who will leave you half way taking away with them the trust that you built...another touching write. Hope you are okay...take care.
