Political Analysis

Which side of the line do you stand?
Left wing, Right wing? Put up your hand.
It's the division of people, to tear us apart,
To stop us from searching what's in our hearts.

Bomb them, bomb them, bomb them again,
All this destruction from the flick of a pen.
Tick in the box next to who's the least bad,
Now smile, move on and don't you dare be mad.

Hate the on the poor, and the coloured too,
If you see them in the street, give them a shoo.
Be happy when you pay all of your taxes,
Sit back and watch as society collapses.

Society nowadays expects so much from so many people, and people seem to be lying to get what they want from people, it is sickening how we live peaceful lives, only to worry about what is coming around the next corner. Everyone one does have an agenda that they personally feel, and they get it done no matter what the cost. This poem is unique and quiet frankly I wish I could nominate it. This first stanza rings true to politics and how you cannot trust anyone to do the right thing for the country they run, it really is sad how the world is full of greedy people who stomp on the poor people who suffer.

The second stanza is my favorite to be honest, because first of all it does go well with the first stanza, and how you talk about people voting them in. No one in politics is trustworthy anymore, so I thought it was clever when you say least bad. It's all about killing people over stupid religion and it makes me sad. Bombing is an issue in the world now as guns are in America. You worded this nicely for it ties into the recent events so this will be on a lot of people's minds.

The last two lines of the poem are freaking brilliant. Omg I wish I wrote it! Lol. Any who, people think racism is not real and that is crap because of the police in America it's sickening. The rich just get richer and the poor poorer, and that is how it is now. Overall your rhyming flowed awesomely with the message you were trying to convey and what a unique poem you have written here, great work! 5/5
