down and out we grade and invest our memory

the enhancement of our memory is the grading of our memory
the enhancement of our memory is to invest our memory
down and out is an enhancement of our memory to be graded

      Thank you for the time of day for your review,everlasting! we value our memory. once a memory is upgraded it is value. we sense to invest in our memory. what we invest is a value of sense. "your so vein" means mood or humor.
