City of God

by DarkLight   Sep 6, 2015

I suffer from insomnia
but in moments I dream.
I dream,
that my future will be brighter,
so real than brighter Monday.

The flooding waves of hardships along my shore of life will calm,
For I have a God stronger than my problems
the night will end
a new dawn will bring new hope and assurance of a better life.

Broken I maybe,
He will mould me up,
He lift me up above all the mountains of life.
Enemies,
Diseases,
Poverty,
War,
Hunger,
Floods,
Global warming
Corruption and Political conflicts will come to a stand still.

All that will be a thing of the past.
For I live in a blessed nation.
The nation of Faith and hope,
trust and fear of God.
