Love is a wonderful thing, but there is always a balance, it seems. When something causes so much joy, it has the potential to cause misery of the worst kind as well. So yes, it really is all of these things; the good and bad!

Agreed, love is the same whether it is for a beloved life partner or a friend or a stranger. Love is love. The modern society might have found a different meaning for love to be only for your fiancée or some life partner or something in a romantic way, but truly , I believe, love can be for anybody and its just the same for everybody.
A selfless wish and sacrifice.

I feel the wording is wrong and doesn't make sense which can be quite of putting for the reader. Maybe you could write 'what, actually is love?' Hope this helps.
