I found this very thought provoking...I read it a few times...and found the beauty in it.

My muse comes to me with
pockets full of earth and
a smile of sunlight,
the flower of our love
burgeoning still
at the edge of oblivion.

This stanza each time I read it reminded me of someone who passed away.
