Comments : Worth my life

    Hello,

I like this poem. The internal rhyme and flow.

Ending with the earlier question makes for excellent musing...

Was it worth it? Worth the time, the pain and sacrifice?
Personally, there is more to gain by enduring hardship than material gain. The wealth of knowledge remains within. The valuable experience that shapes and alters our future decisions cannot be denied.
Another question: What was actually sacrificed? Would it have been that great?

    A good write.

    Take care,

    Michael

Yes, sometimes we can put so much effort into the things we think matter, and are blind to real life and true happiness as it passes us by; before we know it, it has escaped us and it's too late - the people who loved/waited for us have given up.
    All the best
