She's Blood Soaked Lace

by Someone Invisible   Mar 29, 2016

You brushed her skin with your fingertips
and they came away covered in blood.

You roamed your eyes over her face
and found them just as wet as hers.

*****

He dragged his fingers down my arm
who knew even coarse, it be softer than my blades.

He watched me watch him and slowly,
so slowly tears trecked down his face.

*****

So she dragged her sleeve back down
and wiped his eyes dry.

One of them crying
Was more than enough.
