Triston what a lovely thought out piece. Love can be hard at times can't it?

I had the whole world in my arms when I held you close to me

Beautiful opening of how love can make you feel so elated because t does make the world go round after all.

But you were taken from me and my world was shattered

This next line shows that you are broken because of the word 'shattered' and yes, when love doesn't go right it can make us feel like this.

Now I stand here in the world we made together waiting

This is a beautiful line, it shows you're wiling to wait for this lady because you love her and she made you happy and feel something that you possibly hadn't before.

I'll love you till the end of my days that will never change

This is again a lovely line because again you are waiting and will until the end of time which shows this lady meant a lot to you.

And I all I can do now is hope that you will wait for me to my queen

A lovely ending. The use of queen for this lady shows she means slot which you showed in previous lines.
The 'and I all I can' though has a typo with the extra I after and.

All in all lovely wrote. I hope it works.
