Such a proliferative and prosperous poem indeed MaryAnne~

I think you used some of the most beautiful adjectives and could brilliantly paint memorable, vivid images within every line.
The smoothness and the kind of serenity in this verse reminded of Charlotte Bronte's poetry, we must be creatures of light indeed to breathe wildflowers!

    Kudos :)

A wonderfully strong visual poem of love one of the best I have seen for some time.

Ravenous Mountains that look like ragged teeth. Story telling Meadows that have so many tales to tell of plants and flowers now long gone creatures that have walked their land living and dying there.

The tribal voice of the wind - this stanza is b
romantic, beautiful and erotic in a magical way.

There is so much beauty and visual dynamics packed into your poem that if I was healthy I could probably write several pages on each and every line.

Unfortunately I cant but what I would say that this is a poem that I would revisit time and time again and each time get more from it and I think the last two lines made a perfect ending and is very true. The light we give out will go with us everywhere

The whole poem shouts of nature, history and love a wonderful write. Milly x

This is absolutely gorgeous and deserved the contest win. The picture it paints is vividly wild and untamed yet contains a reverence and serenity that made my heart yearn to be outdoors. A truly lovely piece of writing. :)

    Hello

    A wonderful nature poem...

Being out in the great outdoors is medicinal; it's what our very nature yearns for. A place where we can truly breathe and rid ourselves of the choking pollutants of city life.

Well done, a nature poem that should be prescribed as daily medicine.

    Take care,

    Michael
