Tea without milk

by Em   May 29, 2016

First you get a cup,
fill the kettle up
Then you have to choose,
will tea or coffee lose?

Kettle begins to whistle shout,
now let's get the biscuits out.
Tea won and it always will,
it's so addictive, like a pill.

Teabag in, pour the water now
and if you feel like it, take a bow.
Milk time now, let's get it out
"Oh no, the one thing I forgot about."

I know the feeling... Going to the store and forgetting something or preparing something without actually checking if we have all the ingredients

    well done.
