You Can't Drink Coffee While Pregnant

by Linda Leavers   Jun 10, 2016

You can't tell me you don't want
creamer in your coffee,
when you've already put your coffee
in my creamer.

That just doesn't make sense.

While he or she doesn't yet have skin,
the color of it is a discussion.
And if it's a discussion,
but you don't want it to be a focal point,
aren't you doing exactly that?

Your oppression doesn't equal my depression.

Just because other pregnant women drink coffee
doesn't mean I want the possible damage.
But I won't be drinking creamer either.
What would be the point?

Water suits us best.
