Alone in the darkened room
The house goes silent
The television goes black
The show I was watching was violent

Tap tap tap
I hear it dripping
Step step step
Floorboards are creaking

In the darkness shadows appear
Slinking along the walls
Too scared to move or make a sound
God i wish i had some balls

The shadow moves again
Closer to me
Why is it here
Cant it see
I have nothing to give it

Red eyes glow
Who are you
I can only think these words
Oh god, where did they go?

I feel a slight breeze
The room is cooler
Is that breath on my neck
Oh man, it got taller..

Cant look around
Frozen in place
A scream finally escaped my lips
As red eyes appear right in front of my face

Im ready to die
People wont miss me
If they say they do, its a lie

Ive been waiting forever
Do i open my eyes?
