Confused

by TheMask   Jun 21, 2016

My sanity drags me away
I cling to hope
Doubt whispers to me
Only courage guides me

My head full of voices
Arguing endlessly
I just wanted this to be over
I wanted a peaceful resolution

So I was direct with you
No run around
No games
No hiding

Still the strings were pulled
I had wanted an answer
What I got was mystery
The possibility of you and me

My head aches
The verbal war still goes on
Each voice echoes its interpretation
Of the signs you placed everywhere
