A glimpse at the blue-
summer rays peek through soaring feathers,
as they touch the dragonfly's wing and glimmer it a golden hue.
Wet greens hanging aloof, leave a last trail down the electric cable.
As the leaves paint their bosom with shades of emerald grey,
I wipe a fifth tear and remember you.
Because my dear friend,
this world is beautiful
and there are people who care.
