A Lonely Girl

by Taylor   Nov 6, 2016

A lonely girl runs down an empty hall, then comes to a stop.
She doesn't know which way to go.
Left or right confusion fills her mind
She hears footsteps echo louder and louder as they get closer.
She turns around and looks,
A tall man standing there, in a long over coat and a black straw hat on his head.
As he kneels and he starts to raise his hand to take his hat off,
The girl looks with fear in her eyes,
When he takes his hat off she See's that its her father.
Hes there to show her the way.
The way out of darkness.
A way to be free, to run and play with others.
A way she wont be alone anymore
