Tears On My Pillow

by Dottie Donathan   Dec 16, 2016

Oh my tears how they lie sleeping. Its only at night that they come creeping. Twirling down my cheeks in rivulets so deep that my pillow is wet too wet to sleep. I wake in the morn to eyes swollen red and the hope of angels to keep me from dread Oh how i weep deep in my soul but its only at night they come creeping ten fold

A very interesting write that is all too familiar I guess with many of us here, waking up after an awfully long night of tears well I say waking do we really sleep when we feel like this?
    All the best, Em
