I like the title, just like the charity song.

If so, what a lovely idea to gift a poem, and a collaboration at that!

This Christmas poem seems to be about a war zone, Aleppo, perhaps. It makes for a difficult read, but the truth is there are many people/ children living in conditions like this and Christmas day is just like any other to them - Hell on Earth!

Yes, it is rather confusing, isn't it? What on Earth can Christmas day really mean to the hundreds of thousands in these conditions? It's almost absurd - an extravagant luxury for those who are better off. What do we actually have to celebrate at the moment?
I know that that is a negative way of looking at things, but when innocent people live with such atrocities day in and day out, it's hard to be positive.
