Fire

by Scrittore   Jan 16, 2017

A slowly burning ember
May extinguish into the night
Forever lost to the ashes
No chance to reignite
But if one would make an effort
To stop and softly blow
One could rekindle the fire
And return it to its former glow
Never give up on a dying light
It may still have more to shine
If one would just nurture it
Its brilliance could not be defined
