Unrequited

by SERA   Jan 27, 2017

Those in love are one united,
But what if it is unrequited.

Although discouraged from the start,
No one is master of their heart.

Another one not meant to be,
Another its not you, its me.

You’re simply perfect for another,
Look towards me as a brother.

It would be lovely to be friends,
That quiet hope which never ends.

I have lost count how many times I have heard this and how many times people hate how quiet ans withdrawn I can get but what they don't get is if they break down the walls I am one of the nicest, mentalist (in a good way) people lol bit they leave anyway and I guess if they don't like us at our worst then they don't deserve us at our best.
    Take care, Em

Thanks Em, although it's good to know i'm not the only one, i'm sorry you've been stuck in the same boat!

I know exactly what you mean. All my favourite people have a little bit of the good crazy in them :)

Many of us have heard words like this before - they tend to be offered with a token smile, but look closer - yes, you see it too, that smile is barbed!

Well done and welcome to our new home. Any questions, please ask! :O)

Such a frustrating relationship to find yourself in. And yes, always said with a smile!

      Thank's for the welcome
