A really well narrated story that is atmospheric and well laid out in nice clear stanzas.

All the best and well done on this,

Reading this poem conjures lots of imagination in the mind!
I like the narration and it gives that eerie, mysterious yet a longing
feel which holds many memories. Nicely penned and I like the descriptions/
    usage of words...well penned!

How you set the mood of the setting is beyond amazing. I felt the mystery, and the feeling of haunt as I was reading to the end. This piece is full of imagery, and metaphors that are introspective, I have to re-read some part so I could try to get it... and I wish I did. This piece made me feel and think. I love it.

This is such a mysterious and eerie piece...with a slight sense of fear for the unknown yet a little excitment in anticipation for what could be wandering inside that house. The imagery you depict is amazing. You paint such a vivid picture and the reader can truly imagine and see that rotting house made of wood and stone and the mystifying essence surrounding it.

    Excellent work!

Eerie! Goosebumps. I wouldn't come near the door by any chance.
