leap of faith

by Em   Mar 15, 2017

Though so many miles set them apart
love filled their aching, lonesome hearts
trust was going to be extremely paramount
and one thing on which they had to count.

They didnt have alot but they had each other,
now though maybe not always and forever
their love was pure, it'd help them through
if the other was sad, they knew what to do.

They messaged morning, noon and night
banished the darkness they had to fight.
their hearts seemingly beat as a pair
with each other, their souls slowly repair.

To each other they were perfectly imperfect
they knew the leap of faith would be worth it.
