Lonely Boy

by TheDarkCloudBehindthePoet   Apr 8, 2017

There was a boy,
an exuberant dejected boy,
they say he wondered very far, very far,
over the abyss and sea,
a little shy, sadness fell from his eyes,
suicidal was he,

And then one day,
on my tragic day he passed my way,
and while he showed me many things,
his cuts and screams,
this he said to me,
The greatest thing you'll never learn,
is how to live with your demons,
and survive them on your own.
