Don’t bring the ocean, if you can’t let me swim

by Yakari Gabriel   Jun 1, 2017

At the end of the day,
I’m only a woman after all.
I can’t do that thing you do
can’t enter the waters
and stay only wet
from the waist down
what’s the ocean even worth,
if you can’t submerge in it

I liked the honesty of this one. As a woman, I know what you mean, especially when in terms of love. :-) Beautifully written.
