What a sad thing to be, when you always give and give and never receive. It may be tiring, but love always bears all things. Beautiful poem.

Jaidy, the work of yours I've had the pleasure of reading is extremely well done and unique that I don't know why more people don't read it but I guess each have their own personal preference again this piece is sombre and resonates completely with me.

I like the title and I'm not sure if it's done intentionally or not but my first thought was ok.. pit stops are usually where a race driver stops when it's in need of something so if it's intented then it's rather clever especially as this in my opinion was the feel for the piece overall.

1/ This is extremely sad because I guess when you need a place to rest your weary head and gain strength (like me) no one seems to be around thus not giving a tosh unless they get something out of it.

2/ Here we have it people trampling all over our very souls without a care for our actual wellbeing because we're already tired and weary and weak why would it matter a few extra layers of burdens being added? And why don't they care because they're free of their own burdens, very selfish indeed.

3/ an hard hitting ending which to me is like a kick in the gut.

    Take care
    Em
